Affiliate Program Conditions:

By participating in this Program, you ("Affiliate") agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

Commission Structure:

- Affiliates will earn a monthly payout of 50% of every dollar they generate in sales for EZ Web through their unique affiliate link or referral code.

Cancellation of Customer Subscriptions:

- In the event that a customer, whom the Affiliate referred to EZ Web, cancels their subscription with EZ Web, the Affiliate will lose the commission gained from that specific customer.

- Affiliates will still receive payouts if they have generated more than one commission from multiple customers, even if one customer cancels their subscription.

Prohibited Activities:

- The Affiliate Program is strictly for legitimate promotional purposes of EZ Web products and services.

- Affiliates must not engage in any fraudulent, misuse, schemes, or other illegal activities to generate sales or referrals.

- Any Affiliate found to be involved in such activities will be denied ALL payouts and may face legal action in accordance with governing law.

Reputation and Misrepresentation:

- Affiliates are required to be cautious of their actions and reputation as it reflects on EZ Web

- By becoming an affiliate, you acknowledge that you will not tarnish or misrepresent EZ Web's reputation through any association or marketing efforts.

Termination of Affiliate Status:

- EZ Web reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate's participation in the Program at any time and for any reason.

- If an Affiliate violates these terms and conditions, their participation in the Program may be terminated immediately without prior notice, and expected payouts may suffice.

Modification of Terms:

- EZ Web may modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

- Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and it is the responsibility of the Affiliate to review and comply with the updated terms.

Compliance with Laws:

- Affiliates must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations while participating in the Program.

- Any violation of laws or regulations may result in the termination of the Affiliate's participation and may lead to legal consequences.

Payment and Reporting:

- Payouts will be processed and paid to the Affiliate on a monthly basis, subject to any minimum payout thresholds set by EZ Web.

- Eight Industries will provide Affiliates with access to reporting and lead tools to track sales and commissions.

By joining the EZ Web Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not participate in the Program.
